Shop Manager

• Form the heart of the shop with the sales team and be responsible for qualitative and quantitative indicators
• Provide customers with personal advice, promote the brand's image, style, and products, and explain the various (online) ordering services
• Ensure a relaxing shopping experience with a warm welcome and the best fashion advice
• Ensure customers feel welcome, respond to their wishes, and offer a unique shop experience
• Coordinate and organize daily operations, manage the shop, and share skills with the team
• Report to management and help boost shop activity
• Act as a brand ambassador representing Damart's core values: customer-friendliness and respect

• Work experience in a similar function preferred
• Experience in fashion is an advantage
• Achieves goals and provides excellent customer service
• Shares commercial skills with the team
