Shop Manager

• Form the heart of the shop with the sales team and be responsible for qualitative and quantitative indicators
• Provide customers with personal advice, promote the brand's image, style, and products, and explain the various (online) ordering services
• Ensure a relaxing shopping experience with a warm welcome and the best fashion advice
• Ensure customers feel welcome, respond to their wishes, and offer a unique shop experience
• Collaborate with other Shop Managers and the Area Manager
• Responsible for daily coordination and organization, manage the shop, and share skills with the team
• Report to management and help boost shop activity
• Act as a brand ambassador, representing Damart's core values and DNA daily: customer-friendliness and respect

• Work experience in a similar function preferred
• Experience in fashion is an advantage
• Achieves goals and provides excellent customer service
• Shares commercial skills with the team
• Independent, accurate, and excellent organizational sense
• Positive, dynamic, and spontaneous

• Able to work 1 Saturday every 2 weeks
• Able to work 36 hours per week (7.2 hours per day)
