MBO-niveau 3 diploma and the necessary technical knowledge

You speak good Dutch and English

A forklift certificate is a plus, or you are willing to obtain one

Functieverantwoordelijkheden

Setting up production lines: You set up and operate various production lines
Materials on time: Ensure that materials are produced on time and correctly
Quality control: By adjusting accurately and ensuring everything meets quality standards
Troubleshooting: You solve minor faults yourself. For major problems, you assist the technician
Improving planning: Contribute to an effective production schedule
Operating the packing line: You operate the packing line, ensure correct labels and enter data digitally
Collaboration: Together with your colleagues, you improve the production process. This makes everything more efficient and safer

Solve small technical disruptions
Know when to call in reinforcements for larger challenges
Constantly control quality, adjust and report incidents directly to supervisor
Ensure a smooth cleaning process and keep the line spotless
