For the most sustainable provider of coffee, tea, soft drinks, and snacks at work, we are looking for a Service Engineer. Analyze malfunctions, communicate with customers, support employees, and ensure smooth machine operations.

Functieverantwoordelijkheden:

Quickly resolve machine malfunctions on-site
analyze problems and replace faulty components
reconfigure and execute machine modifications
maintain clarity using PDA
assist operators remotely with first-line issues
provide customers with user information and advice
manage inventory of components, tools, and service vehicle
contribute ideas for technical product innovations

Vereisten:

Good software knowledge
quickly work with various programs
NEN 3140 certified to safely work with electrical installations
willingness to work weekends and be reachable outside working hours
customer-focused and communicative attitude
ability to work independently
reliable
professional appearance
fluent in Dutch
MBO education in Electronics or Mechatronics
experience in technical service roles
ability to request a Certificate of Conduct (VOG)
possession of a B driving license
