Service engineer

• Coordination & Planning: Organize preventive and corrective maintenance, as well as spin-offs and add-ons
• Set up day and week schedules in close cooperation with the service desk
• Teamleading & Support: Guide and support technicians on a technical level
• Ensure the right match between the task and the executor, detect training needs and guarantee a positive team atmosphere
• Communication: Be the point of contact for the customer and report clearly on the visits carried out and technical conclusions
• Internally, you constantly coordinate with the service desk and the Contract Manager
• Quality & Safety: Strictly monitor compliance with safety guidelines and procedures, both internally and at the customer
• Reporting: Ensure correct administrative processing and compliance with applicable procedures

• Bachelor diploma in a technical direction
• Relevant experience within the HVAC sector
• Broad knowledge of and passion for HVAC technology
• Strong in problem analysis and solution-oriented thinking
• Possession of certificates such as GI/GII, refrigeration technology or VCA is a strong asset
• Fluent communication in Dutch
• Knowledge of English is a plus
• Strong organizational skills, accurate and customer-oriented
• Works structured and has an eye for detail
