Functieverantwoordelijkheden:
Develop and maintain high-quality data products to deliver reliable customer insights and actionable analyses
Lead post-campaign analyses for CRM activities to evaluate effectiveness and ROI
Design testing frameworks and develop methodologies to measure the impact of initiatives
Develop advanced customer segmentation models based on behavior, transactions and demographic data
Develop and maintain customer lifetime value models
Develop churn prediction models to identify at-risk customers and recommend targeted retention strategies
Design actionable CRM-performance dashboards and develop KPIs
Use advanced analysis techniques to generate customer insights and translate them into clear business stories
Act as a valued business partner for diverse teams within TUI
Effectively engage senior stakeholders
Vereisten:
Diploma in an analytical field such as Statistics, Mathematics, Econometrics or Data Analytics
Demonstrable experience, preferably in a CRM or customer analytics role, in data analysis, statistics and predictive modeling
Proficiency in data analysis tools (such as SQL and Python) and techniques, as well as data visualization tools (knowledge of Tableau is a plus)
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills combined with a keen eye for detail
Communication skills to translate complex findings into understandable language for the business
Experience presenting insights to senior stakeholders
Ability to think strategically: to see the bigger picture, analyze complex issues and quickly weigh options to meet business expectations
Enjoy coaching (junior) analysts and guiding them in their (analytical) development
Communicate findings clearly and concisely, both in Dutch and English
Willingness to travel 2 days per week to the offices in Rijswijk and/or Oostende for face-to-face collaboration
