Een schadegeval is voor de klant hét moment waarop onze service echt het verschil maakt. Binnen de schadedienst speel jij een cruciale rol door nieuwe schadedossiers te openen en vragen over lopende dossiers efficiënt en correct te beantwoorden, waarbij je klanten ondersteunt en naar oplossingen brengt.

Functieverantwoordelijkheden:

Opening new claim cases via phone and guiding customers through the claims process
Retrieving information from existing files and clearly communicating next steps
Communicating customer expectations to claims administrators
Contacting customers directly for additional information or explanations
Supporting claims administrators with administrative tasks

Vereisten:

Bachelor or master diploma
Fluent communication skills, both oral and written
Customer-oriented and empathetic attitude
Solution-oriented thinking
Pragmatic approach and ability to take responsibility
Ability to simplify complex matters
Flexible, accurate, and structured work style
Eager to learn and proactive attitude
Proficiency in Dutch
Flexibility in work hours, including shift work and one Saturday a month
