• Ensure high customer satisfaction through excellent service
• First point of contact for authorizing discounts and resolving customer questions
• Be a brand ambassador, with in-depth product knowledge
• Build and maintain professional relationships with our customers
• Assemble outfits for customers and make further product recommendations
• Assess customer needs and provide help and information on product features
• Drive store KPIs and suggestions for improvements
• Ensure that the maintenance, presentation and organization of store and warehouse matters are addressed in an appropriate manner
• Demonstrate in-depth product knowledge and possess successful link selling skills to drive business
• Hold the ability to outfit build for customers
• Make further product recommendations and drive store KPIs
• Build and maintain professional relationships with customers to secure regular clienteles
• Be a Brand Ambassador and maintain a keen interest in current fashion and market trends
• Ensure shop and stock room maintenance, presentation and organization issues are addressed in an appropriate manner
• Show flexibility and innovation when reacting to the changing business environment especially around peak trade

• Previous experience within hospitality/retail
• Good communication skills with the ability to build relationships easily
• Team player who recognizes and celebrates the contributions and achievements of others
• Able to handle change well, adapt quickly and work with pace
• Energetic and authentic with a clear presence on the shop floor
• Approaches all problems with a 'can do' approach and acts with initiative to find solutions in the store
• Hardworking

• Ability to work in a fast paced environment with ability to multi task in high pressure environments
