Functieomschrijving:

Within People Services, part of the HR department, you are responsible for actively and in a steering manner conducting tight control over the absenteeism process where you make the assessment about the steps to be taken from your expertise, taking into account current laws and regulations. This role contributes to a more efficient and cost-saving way in which internal absenteeism guidance is organized within TUI.

Functieverantwoordelijkheden:

Active content coaching of managers in case management during absenteeism
Acting as sparring partner for management, HRBPs and supervisors in complex absenteeism files
Advising and coaching supervisors within TUI (fly) NL in absenteeism, reintegration and health policy
Developing, implementing and managing the absenteeism policy of TUI Netherlands and TUI Fly Netherlands
Monitoring and coordinating external service providers
Contributing to setting up, implementing and managing the working conditions policy for TUI Netherlands and TUI Fly Netherlands
Setting up, implementing and managing the RI&E's for TUI Netherlands and TUI Fly Netherlands

Vereisten:

Relevant completed HBO education with additional training in absenteeism
Completed RCCM education (title) is required
Extensive knowledge of Dutch laws and regulations in the field of social insurance legislation, the WvP and the AVG
Minimum 5 years work experience in a similar role within a complex (matrix) organization
Good command of Dutch and English language
Affinity with financial aspects of absenteeism
Analytical ability and hands-on and solution-oriented
Seeks collaboration and moves easily within a complex organization
