In the role of Recruiter Hospitality you will work full speed for the most beautiful labels in the hospitality sector. Your main goal? Filling and managing talent pools full of dishwashers, catering staff, chefs and baristas. You are an indispensable link for our clients and ensure that the inflow of talent never dries up. What makes this so challenging? It's really hard work! One moment you write a sharp vacancy, the next moment you have a day full of phone appointments to screen candidates. You are the specialist who selects the right people and then forwards them for an intake to the right colleagues in the country. Sometimes it involves huge recruitment campaigns where you really have to 'ram'. Think of finding 120 catering tops for the Nijmeegse Vierdaagse. As an intermediary, you never lose overview, even under high pressure. You work hybrid: from Diemen, Utrecht or comfortably from home.

Vereisten:
Fulltime available (32 to 40 hours per week)
Minimum MBO 4 diploma
Driving license is a nice extra for possible location visits
Can start per April (or as soon as possible!) as Recruiter Hospitality
A real go-getter who loves tempo and large volumes
Can switch quickly, gets energy from human contact
Loves to pick up the phone and fill talent pools
Strong communication skills
Can focus well (even with 10 phone appointments a day)
Knows how to enthuse candidates
