Guarantee contractual agreements with customers
Represent Aviapartner's interests to customers
Direct contact with customers (airlines)
Manage customers, answer their questions, ensure proper information flow
Handle contracting, financial details, quality, SLAs
Monitor customer satisfaction
Support the Commercial Director with general KAM administration, contracting and contract management
Quality Control tasks: monthly analysis and reporting of complaints and costs due to non-quality
Set up and follow up on corrective and preventive measures
Monitor Service Level Agreements

Functieverantwoordelijkheden

Het Key Account team garandeert dat de contractuele afspraken met de klanten gegarandeerd worden en behartigt de belangen van Aviapartner naar de klanten.
In de inloopperiode zal de Key Account Officer de administratieve basis binnen het Key Account Management van Aviapartner leren en de realiteit op de werkvloer leren kennen.
In de functie heb je rechtstreeks contact met de klanten (airlines) bijvoorbeeld tijdens een start-up, maar ook in de dagelijkse realiteit ga je de klanten mee opvolgen. De klanten moeten beheerd worden, antwoorden krijgen op hun vragen, hun informatie moet op de juiste manier doorstromen naar de juiste departementen en medewerkers bij ons en omgekeerd moet onze informatie ook op de juiste manier naar de klant. Thema's die hierbij aan bod komen, zijn contracting, financiële details, quality, SLA’s, ...)
Je houdt mee de vinger aan de pols bij de klanten
zijn ze tevreden en waarom? Zijn ze ontevreden en waarom?
Je biedt support aan de Commercial Director met betrekking tot de algemene KAM-administratie, contracting en contract management.
Je hebt taken in functie van Quality Control. Eventuele klachten, de opvolging daarvan en de communicatie in dat verband: Maandelijkse analyse en rapportering van klachten en kosten die het gevolg zijn van non-quality
Corrigerende en preventieve maatregelen opzetten en mee opvolgen (o.a. rapportering)
Opvolgen van Service Level Agreements
Zorgen dat iedereen bij Aviapartner Cargo de nodige Quality informatie krijgt
