Als Quality & Environment Manager ben jij het geweten van onze kwaliteit en duurzaamheid. Je inspireert een gedreven team van 9 specialisten om elke dag de lat hoger te leggen voor voedselveiligheid en hygiëne. Door onze sterke groei krijg jij de kans om dit team in de toekomst verder uit te bouwen. Als strategisch MT-lid in dagdienst vorm je de brug tussen de plant en groepsniveau. Een rol met impact, waarin jouw visie op verbetering direct bijdraagt aan onze gezamenlijke groei.

Functieverantwoordelijkheden:

  • Kwaliteitsbewaking: Borgt een gedragen kwaliteitssysteem (HACCP) en leidt team door IFS-, ACS- en klantenaudits
  • Strategische Groei: Als MT-lid meedenken over toekomst organisatie en expertise inzetten voor complexe verbeterprojecten
  • Coachend Leiderschap: Team ondersteunen bij dagelijkse issues op de vloer
  • samenwerken met HR aan duurzame groei en inzetbaarheid medewerkers
  • Duurzaamheid & Milieu: Trekken kar op gebied van sustainability
  • toezicht houden op optimale werking eigen waterzuiveringsinstallatie
  • Relatiebeheer: Professioneel aanspreekpunt voor zowel klanten als leveranciers

Vereisten:

  • HBO/WO werk- en denkniveau (richting Food of Kwaliteit)
  • Minimaal 3 jaar leidinggevende ervaring binnen de proces- of levensmiddelenindustrie
  • Ervaring in de beverage-sector is een mooie plus
  • Natuurlijke coach die mensen enthousiasmeert
  • Ondernemende, pragmatische aanpak

  • Contribute to the preparation of audits and quality training
  • Perform internal audits and follow up action and improvement plans
  • Handle customer and supplier complaints
  • Follow up calibrations of measuring equipment and pest control
