Als Ploegleider ben jij de spilfiguur op de productievloer. Je stuurt een team aan van 5 tot 10 gemotiveerde collega's, bestaande uit machinebedieners, productiemedewerkers en heftruckchauffeurs. Je bent niet alleen hun aanspreekpunt, maar ook hun motivator. Met jouw passie voor mensen en zin voor initiatief zorg je ervoor dat de productie vlot, veilig en kwalitatief verloopt. Je denkt actief mee over procesverbeteringen en krijgt de ruimte om echt het verschil te maken binnen een innovatieve en duurzame werkomgeving.

Functieverantwoordelijkheden:

Team coaching: You guide and motivate your team on a daily basis and conduct annual feedback interviews to stimulate their growth
Onboarding: You welcome new colleagues and are their guide during their entire training trajectory
Planning & Organization: In case of deviations or absences, you proactively look for solutions in personnel planning
Process monitoring: You follow up on technical malfunctions in close collaboration with technicians and think about how to make the production process more efficient
Quality & Safety: You strictly monitor safety regulations, order and cleanliness on the floor (zero-harm policy)
Administration: You process data in the order system and ensure clear internal communication

Vereisten:

People Management: You already have (initial) experience in leading people and are very accessible to your employees
Solution-oriented: You are decisive, think logically, and can work both independently and as part of a team
IT-skilled: You are proficient with MS Office and quickly pick up new computer systems
Flexibility: You are willing to work in a 5-shift system
Mindset: You work with passion, show respect for your environment, and strive for absolute top quality
Mobility: You can easily travel to the Desselgem/Oostrozebeke region
