Bij Ontex draait alles om betrouwbaarheid richting onze klanten én efficiëntie in onze operaties. Om elke dag opnieuw de juiste producten op het juiste moment te leveren – zonder te veel te produceren – is sterke productieplanning cruciaal. In deze rol zorg je voor de optimale balans tussen klantvraag, productiecapaciteit en voorraadniveaus. Je speelt een sleutelrol in het waarmaken van onze OTIF-belofte (On Time & In Full), terwijl je tegelijk kosten, veiligheid, kwaliteit en operationele stabiliteit bewaakt. Dankzij jouw planning kunnen onze productielijnen maximaal presteren en blijven we flexibel in een dynamische, internationale omgeving.

Functieverantwoordelijkheden:

  • Het productieplan opstellen en bijsturen op basis van vraag, capaciteiten, grondstoffen en voorraaddoelstellingen
  • Gedetailleerde korte-termijnplanningen en sequencing maken (finite scheduling) en productieorders beheren en opvolgen
  • De uitvoering van het plan monitoren en tijdig afwijkingen escaleren (storingen, tekorten, vertragingen)
  • Proactief risico's op tekorten of overstock signaleren en alternatieve scenario's uitwerken
  • Actief deelnemen aan dagelijkse planningsmeetings, wekelijkse master planning en Removal Calls
  • Samenwerken met o.a. productie, onderhoud, kwaliteit, logistiek, purchasing en product management
  • Nieuwe producten en herlanceringen ondersteunen door te zorgen voor planning readiness
  • Meewerken aan continue verbetering van planningsprocessen, data en systemen (SAP / OMP)
  • Masterdata beheren en analyses uitvoeren ter ondersteuning van S&OP en lot size-berekeningen

Vereisten:

  • Masterdiploma (economisch, bedrijfskundig of ingenieur) of gelijkwaardige ervaring
  • Bij voorkeur ervaring in supply chain of productieplanning
  • Goed inzicht in industriële productieprocessen en planningconstraints
  • Werkt vlot met ERP/MRP-systemen (zoals SAP) en MS Office
  • Denkt cijfermatig, structureel en neemt weloverwogen beslissingen, ook onder druk
  • Werkt autonoom, maar functioneert net zo sterk in cross-functionele en internationale teams
  • Communiceert helder en constructief met diverse stakeholders
  • Nauwkeurig, betrouwbaar en goed georganiseerd
  • Spreekt en schrijft vloeiend Nederlands en Engels

  • Je stelt de productieplanning op basis van capaciteit en resources, en wijst orders toe aan de juiste productielijnen in Oudsbergen
  • Je controleert de beschikbaarheid van grondstoffen en voert tijdig bestellingen uit in SAP om de continuïteit te waarborgen
  • Je bewaakt optimale stockniveaus en stemt aankoophoeveelheden af om overbodige voorraad (obsolete stock) te vermijden
  • Je houdt de schedules up-to-date en voorziet de Customer Service van accurate informatie over de geplande producties
  • Je onderhoudt dagelijks contact met leveranciers over de levering van grondstoffen en actualiseert productiedata in het ERP-systeem
  • Je adviseert als Production and Raw Material Planner over mogelijke procesverbeteringen binnen de planning en aankoop
  • Je voert alle werkzaamheden uit volgens de strikte veiligheidsinstructies en wettelijke voorschriften van de firma
