As a production employee at IJB Groep, you play an important role in making foundation piles and foundations, essential components for building structures. You are involved from start to finish in the production process. The work is physically challenging and varied, and is not comparable to standard production work on an assembly line. Producing a foundation pile or foundation takes about 24 hours, and you are part of the entire process.
