Productie-operator

• Technical production control: interpreting production planning, operating and setting up control panel, adjusting vibration tables, supervising vibration table staff
• Quality assurance: checking reinforcement, molds (oiling, assembly, spacers) and concrete pouring process, leveling and sanding concrete surface with team
• Operational leadership: coordinating and motivating a team of about 5 employees, taking initiative during downtime, assigning useful tasks, ensuring order and cleanliness, adjusting in case of rejection
• Maintenance and breakdowns: operating the machine during maintenance work, independently solving small mechanical problems with the vibration table or pallet lift, informing the shift supervisor in time for complex problems
• Administration: accurately filling in production sheets and following instructions from the production shift supervisor

• Technical background, preferably through education or experience
• Quality-conscious with an eye for detail and striving for perfection
• Ability to work independently and efficiently
• Willingness to take on a leadership role and manage a team
• Not afraid of physically demanding work
• Good knowledge of the Dutch language

Experience in a leadership role

• 6 ADV days
• Collective closure of 3 weeks in summer and 2 weeks in winter
