Functieomschrijving:

The job involves performing quality control and operational tasks in a production environment, including chemical analyses, monitoring product quality, and ensuring compliance with safety and environmental regulations.

Functieverantwoordelijkheden:

Preparing samples for investigation according to specifications
Performing quality measurements and standard chemical analyses on raw materials (water, CO2), semi-finished products, and finished products based on production planning (e.g., CO2, Brix, pH, TA,...), calculating dilution for the filler
Reporting deviations in taste and color
Recording measurement values and research results in the designated computer system
Rejecting products with deviating measurement results and having them blocked by the filler/line follower/forklift driver
Performing additional analyses to support the final decision of the QC-Advisor
Monitoring tank and product changes
Discussing problems with the Coordinator, performing additional tasks for hierarchy, QA Advisor raw materials, or QA Advisor
Reporting and discussing deviating results with the line follower and/or production team leader and filler and having production adjusted
Giving instructions to operators in case of deviating measurement results, performing additional checks on the final product (coding, label, shelf life, ...)

Vereisten:

A2 level or equivalent
Experience in quality analyses and/or measurements
Experience with operating measuring equipment
Knowledge of regulations and procedures regarding (food) safety, environment, order, and cleanliness
Highly accurate and strict work ethic
PC usage, knowledge of MS Office (mainly Excel)
Ability to distinguish between smells and tastes
Open communication
