In the role of Process optimizer Product recovery (Product Recovery Operations Specialist), you contribute to sustainable growth by extending the lifespan of IKEA products, focusing on financial results, quality, safety, and sustainability impact. As a content expert and site-superuser, you ensure successful recovery operations by optimizing product recovery processes, including digital systems, physical tools, and working methods within the recovery department. You also monitor performance, identify operational improvement opportunities, and collaborate with various departments to prevent unnecessary costs related to IKEA products.

Functieverantwoordelijkheden:

Take necessary action on products to give them a second chance through repackaging products, managing spare parts, product assembly, and active sales (online and offline)
Understand the unit and department's action plans and take responsibility for departmental goals
Support the implementation of planned circular and commercial activities by involving your department in all places where we meet the customer
Support the Product Quality & Recovery Manager by indirectly leading the team together with the other specialists, assigning tasks, and supervising the daily operation of the Product Quality & Recovery team if necessary

Vereisten:

Speaks, writes, and understands English well
Excellent knowledge of Recovery & Quality Operations combined with customer experience, and sales and purchasing processes
Knowledge of used communication channels and how to effectively tailor communication to create awareness, engagement, and impact
Extensive knowledge of the use of IT systems (applications) and other tools in daily work
Preferably knowledge and experience in repairing or reusing items and the equipment you can use for this
