• Start up installations and monitor parameters closely
• Follow recipes meticulously
• weigh raw materials precisely
• Take samples, spot deviations before they become a problem and intervene where necessary
• Fill IBCs and label flawlessly
• Work closely with Maintenance and QC
• Safety is a mindset

• Bachelor Chemie of Techniek, or equivalent through relevant work experience
• Experience in a production environment (preferably chemistry) is considered a strong plus
• Extremely accurate work with a constant focus on safety, quality and efficiency
• Strong sense of responsibility and follows strict guidelines meticulously
• Excellent ability to work independently, but also functions well as a reliable link within a team
• Proactive and thinks about process improvements
• Flexible and willing to work in a 3-shift system
• Looking for stable employment at the EOC site in Evergem

Experience in a production environment (preferably chemistry)
