Procesoperator Chemie (Latex)

• Process management: Setting and monitoring parameters (T, P, flow)
• Batch production: Strictly following recipes and weighing raw materials
• Quality: Performing sampling and adjusting where necessary
• Logistics: Filling IBCs and bulk with an eye for safety

• Bachelor Chemie of Techniek or equivalent through relevant work experience
• Experience in a production environment (preferably chemical) is considered a strong plus
• Extremely accurate work with constant focus on safety, quality and efficiency
• Strong sense of responsibility and meticulous adherence to strict guidelines
• Ability to work excellently independently and function well as a reliable link within a team
• Proactive and thinks about process improvements
• Flexible and willing to work in a 3-shift system
• Looking for stable employment at the EOC site in Evergem

Experience in a production environment (preferably chemical)
