Zoek jij een rol waarin data-analyse direct leidt tot tastbare procesverbeteringen? Als Quality & Process Engineer ben jij de drijvende kracht achter een stabiele en efficiënte productie. Je duikt in de cijfers, herkent trends en vertaalt complexe vraagstukken naar structurele oplossingen.

Functieverantwoordelijkheden:

  • Procesoptimalisatie: analyseert data (via SPC en trendanalyse) om afwijkingen en verliezen vroegtijdig op te sporen en implementeert verbeteringen met methodieken zoals PDCA, RCA en FMEA
  • Projectmanagement: trekt kwaliteits- en verbeterprojecten van kop tot staart, stuurt multidisciplinaire teams aan en bewaakt de voortgang voor het management
  • Kwaliteitsborging: beheert het Management of Change (MOC) proces, ondersteunt bij audits (ISO 9001/14001/45001) en handelt klachten of non-conformiteiten vakkundig af
  • Technische Support: valideert kritische parameters bij proceswijzigingen en deelt expertise met collega's door middel van trainingen en best practices

Vereisten:

  • Master Ingenieurswetenschappen (bij voorkeur Elektromechanica of Metallurgie) of gelijkwaardig door ervaring
  • Minimaal 2 tot 3 jaar relevante werkervaring in een technische omgeving
  • Bedreven in data-analyse (Excel, Python) en methodieken zoals 8D en RCA
  • Communiceert vloeiend in het Nederlands en Engels
  • Werkt zelfstandig, denkt oplossingsgericht en weet bruggen te bouwen tussen verschillende afdelingen
