• Manage and prioritize the central company mailbox
• Professionally handle incoming phone calls
• Transcribe dictations and format/check reports
• Prepare and send customer invoices
• Organize company outings and team activities
• Purchase and follow up on office supplies

• Bachelor diploma (A1) or relevant administrative experience
• Fluent with Microsoft 365 (Outlook, Word, Excel, Teams)
• Excellent communication in Dutch and English
• French is a plus
• Accurate, organized, and proactive
• Fast typing and strong writing style
• Strong communication skills, collaborative, but can also work independently
