Plant technician

• Key figure for planned preventive maintenance of malt house installations
• Independently performs mechanical tasks and manages lubricant stock and lubrication workshop
• Creates reports of activities, advises on follow-up actions, and updates technical documentation
• Actively contributes to reducing breakdowns via continuous improvement program (TPM), in cooperation with operators
• Distributes tasks with technical service colleagues and ensures careful handover to both team and production department

• A3/A2 diploma Elektromechanica or equivalent through relevant experience
• Willing to work in day shift
• Safety as a top priority and proactive use of safety tools
• Ability to work independently and autonomously
• Takes ownership of tasks and responsibilities
• Meticulous, accurate, and mature to quickly identify deviations and problems
• Collegial and contributes to a positive team atmosphere
• Genuine passion and interest for technology
