As a Payroll Specialist, you are the beating heart of our payroll and personnel administration. Together with your team members, you ensure that everything runs smoothly, from payroll processing to managing extra-legal benefits. Together with the social secretariat, you guarantee a flawless execution for both employees and workers.

Functieverantwoordelijkheden:

Processing personnel data in SP-Expert, HR Eblox, ProTime, and eBlox
Managing personnel files from onboarding to offboarding
Administrative management of social documents and extra-legal benefits such as insurance
Monitoring sick notes, time credit, and educational leave
Applying social legislation, sectoral rules, and internal company agreements
Being the first point of contact for payroll-related questions from employees and management
Thinking about optimizing payroll processes

Vereisten:

Bachelor diploma or solid experience in payroll processing for both workers and employees
Knowledge of payroll and time registration systems such as Eblox
Experience with Excel and possibly SP-Expert, ProTime, and SuccessFactors
Familiarity with Belgian social legislation
Discreet, service-oriented, and efficient
Able to work independently and think solution-oriented
Clean criminal record
Fluent in NL/FR, preferably also in EN
