Operator

As an operator at Huhtamaki, you ensure the production process runs smoothly. You keep the machines running, convert them when necessary, and perform quality checks. Initially, you will mainly check the pulp. Later in the process, you will also learn to assess labels, prints, and the sturdiness of products like McDonald's cup holders. If a breakdown occurs, you first try to solve the problem yourself. If that doesn't work, you collaborate with the technical service. This way, you learn to do more yourself. Through the variety of tasks and machines, you quickly gain experience and can grow towards technical operator, control room, technical service, or even management positions.
