Functieomschrijving:

A position offering a dual pathway to work and study as you train to become a process operator. The role involves monitoring and controlling processes, resolving minor issues, and attending MBO training courses.

Functieverantwoordelijkheden:

Monitor and control the process
resolve minor malfunctions
study for a recognized MBO diploma (10-15 hours per week)
work in shifts.

Vereisten:

Motivated learners with a passion for technology
willingness to work hard and study simultaneously
technical experience and/or a relevant prior education is a bonus but not mandatory
assessment is part of the application process
good knowledge of the Dutch language is necessary (both speaking and reading)
training and employers require Dutch proficiency for safety reasons.
