Operator Total Waste Management

• Logistical execution: Collecting various waste streams from different departments and transporting them to the central waste location using an electric forklift or pallet truck
• Site management: Managing the waste park, performing loading and unloading work, and overseeing the order and cleanliness of storage locations
• Coordination & Safety: Giving clear instructions to employees on site, placing the correct signage, and strictly enforcing compliance with safety regulations
• Inventory management: Managing the stock of empty barrels and ordering new materials in a timely manner to ensure continuity
• Administration & Planning: Planning the disposal of waste materials in consultation with the client and handling the complete administrative processing of transport documents

• A2 diploma or equivalent through relevant work experience
• Possession of a VCA certificate and forklift certificate (or willingness to obtain them)
• Experience in the pharmaceutical sector is a strong asset
• Ability to work well independently
• Positive attitude
• Fluent and friendly communication with the client
• Willingness to work in a two-shift system (including a half-day on Sunday, once every three weeks)
