• Manage and operate advanced installations on the dough and 'wel' department independently
• Make meat dough based on received planning and recipes using various types of mixing installations
• Independently set up/change and operate various production installations
• Closely follow production plans and instructions to achieve the highest efficiency
• Guarantee the highest hygiene standards and take samples for quality control
• Operate and monitor PLC controls, adjust mixing programs where necessary, and accurately record all production and control data
• Responsible for cleaning and disinfecting machines and the department
• Can (de)assemble mechanical parts of machines/installations
• Can set up, adjust, and reconfigure process installations according to recipe and shape
• Can register various production-specific data and process parameters
• Can determine the cause of (mechanical/technical) malfunctions and perform first-line intervention
• Can report to supervisor/colleagues

• Minimum 18 years old
• Willing to work night shifts
• Excellent command of the Dutch language for safety reasons
• Strong interest in the food industry
• High value placed on hygiene
• Experience as an operator in the food industry is a plus
• No problem working with meat and chicken
• Independent, accurate, and quality-conscious
• Team player who functions well in a shift
• Physically capable of heavy work (lifting bags/blocks up to 25 kg)
• Upper secondary education
