Operator - Hoofdbereider

• Lighting and controlling processes from the control room to ensure everything runs safely and efficiently
• Coordinating the boat unloading process and receiving the fruit juice according to internal guidelines
• Supporting quality control and closely collaborating with the laboratory
• Guiding the preparers to ensure production proceeds according to schedule
• Ensuring correct preparation of the fruit drinks

• No problem helping actively on the work floor when needed
• Experience with MS Office and PC skills
• Strong communication skills and able to support and motivate a team
• Fluent in Dutch and basic knowledge of English
• Remains calm under pressure and has necessary stress resistance
• Logical thinking ability and follows procedures accurately
• Experience with GMP rules and hygienic measures is a plus
• Willing to work in a 3-shift system (early, late, night)
