Operator chemie/coating

• Machine operation: Operating advanced production lines specifically focused on the coating process
• Process management: Hanging film rolls (with roll bridge/cart), drying rolls and applying a second adhesive layer according to technical specifications
• Control: Independently setting parameters and anticipating deviations in the chemical process in a timely manner
• Malfunctions: Applying technical knowledge to solve minor malfunctions and optimize the process
• Quality & Registration: Performing quality controls and registering all activities in the SAP system
• Collaboration: Working closely with the Adhesive department for smooth production

• A2-diploma (or equivalent through experience)
• Technically minded and able to work fluently with PC and systems such as SAP (experience with SAP is a plus, but not required)
• Good analytical skills and insight into the chemical process to assess the impact of adjustments
• Good command of Dutch (understanding, speaking) for training and work instructions
• Motivated, stress-resistant and takes independent responsibility
• Team player with a pragmatic and honest work attitude
• Sporadic weekend work is not a problem
