Responsible for developing, planning, coordinating, and controlling the Passenger Handling organization in Brussels in all financial, operational, and management aspects. Manages 4 Business Units with their Business Unit Managers in a diverse environment with strong social partners. Departments under responsibility: Passenger Service and Scheduling, Baggage Hall, Tarmac Services, Operations. Total headcount of approximately 1,200 employees.
