• Fine-tuning: You are responsible for the precise adjustment and tuning of the production lines for an optimal result
• Optimization: You actively think about improvements to the installations to minimize downtime
• Communication: You ensure clear transfer to your colleagues and the maintenance supervisor, so that everyone is aware of the status of the works

• A2 diploma in a technical direction such as electromechanics, electricity or electronics
• Enthusiastic starter or already have initial experience in an industrial environment
• Bitten by technology and have sharp analytical skills to detect defects
• Work extremely accurately, are reliable and are known for your positive "goesting" to go for it every day
• Speak fluent Dutch
• basic knowledge of French is a nice asset
• Find your way smoothly in software packages for daily reporting
