• Minimum 18 years old
• Possession of a valid forklift and reach truck certificate
• Experience in safely and efficiently operating forklifts and reach trucks
• Proficient with computers
• Preferably experience with SAP (specifically for inbound and outbound processes)
• Inspiring coach who dares to take responsibility
• Ability to motivate a team to achieve goals
• Proactive adjustment based on People Management skills
• Works independently and punctually
• Eager to learn
• Possesses the flexibility required in a dynamic logistics environment
• Willing to work in a 2-shift system
