As an IKEA employee, you are responsible for providing the best possible customer experience. Each department has its own tasks such as restocking shelves in Logistics, actively approaching customers in Sales, and being the final point of contact for customers at checkout or outdoor areas in Customer Relations.

Providing the best possible customer experience
Restocking shelves (Logistics)
Actively approaching customers (Sales)
Being the last point of contact for customers at checkout or outdoor area (Customer Relations)
Helping customers make purchase decisions
Ensuring correct pricing
Keeping department tidy and products displayed representatively
Selling hot dogs and ice cream at Bistro
Operating cash register
Stocking supplies in Swedish Food Market
Ensuring products are restocked properly, neatly and safely
Working at checkout or customer service desk

Vereisten:

From 18 years old
Affinity with environment (for Recovery role)
Ability to work with different systems (for Recovery role)
Physical work capability (for Recovery and Logistics roles)
Team player mentality
