Functieomschrijving:

This is a part-time position as a showroom employee at IKEA Haarlem. Work involves assisting customers, maintaining neatness, and engaging in the sales process.

Functieverantwoordelijkheden:

keep the department neat and tidy at all times, even when it's very busy
ensure the price tags of various items are accurate and showroom models are well-maintained or replaced if necessary
actively pick up sales signals and assist customers with suitable solutions
assist customers with the entire sales process, including offering relevant services and creating sales orders in the computer

Vereisten:

an open customer-friendly attitude with which you easily approach all visitors
a good command of the Dutch language
good availability to work on evenings (from 5 p.m.), weekends, and school vacations
insight into different computer programs

Wat we bieden:

year-end bonus (13th month) and 8% vacation allowance paid in December and May or monthly
a collective bonus program up to 150% of the gross monthly salary
100% reimbursement for public transport commuting costs
reimbursement of commuting costs up to a maximum of €243/month for other travel methods
