As a cashier employee, you are part of the Customer Relations Team, giving you the chance to take on other tasks within your team. You also help out when needed, for example at the shopping tools or at the store reception. You report to the Teamleader Cashline. Our team at IKEA builds lifelong relationships with existing and new customers, stimulating revenue growth. We ensure the IKEA customer relations policy is applied optimally, using our product knowledge to ensure customers leave with a positive feeling and return more often in the future.
