As a Medewerker Customer Relations at IKEA, you provide an excellent customer experience through various roles such as helping at the self-scan checkout or customer service desk. You’ll interact with thousands of visitors weekly, offering solutions and ensuring customer satisfaction. Flexibility, communication skills, and the willingness to develop are key.

Functieverantwoordelijkheden:

Standing at the self-scan checkout and assisting customers
welcoming customers and engaging in dialogue to assist them
providing the best possible customer service and offering solutions
handling physical tasks such as handing over products, managing carts outside, and standing for extended periods
monitoring activities in Småland (childcare area).

Vereisten:

Flexibility to work 24-28 hours per week including evenings and weekends
willingness to strengthen physical condition due to standing and physical tasks
good communication skills and ability to connect with customers and colleagues
ability to stay calm under pressure
ambition to grow into a leadership role
openness to learning all aspects of customer service
work experience is not required.

All-in hourly wage starting at €17.25 (including 13th month and vacation pay)
annual bonus up to 150% of gross monthly salary
