Mechanical technician

• Installing and optimizing mechanical components of the machinery
• Performing assembly work, including the placement of shafts, bearings, couplings, and seals
• Installing pneumatic and hydraulic circuits according to technical drawings
• Carrying out various welding tasks to connect structures and machine parts
• Actively contributing to the maintenance and repair of machines to minimize downtime
• Identifying potential improvement points for the machinery to increase efficiency and reliability
• Collaborating with other technical disciplines to ensure an integrated approach

• Minimum of a Technical Secondary Education (TSO) diploma in (electro)mechanics or maintenance mechanics
• Familiarity with reading technical drawings and precise measuring using instruments (caliper, micrometer, etc.)
• Eagerness to learn and a motivated attitude towards continuous development
• Ability to work safely and accurately, both independently and as part of a team
• Willingness to work in a two-shift system
• Experience with welding (semi-automatic, electric arc welding) is required
• Knowledge of pneumatic and hydraulic circuits (installation based on drawings)
• Experience with turning and milling is a plus
