• Troubleshooting and resolving minor technical issues
• Conducting quality control on produced materials
• Identifying improvement opportunities and contributing to process optimization
• Collaborating with colleagues to meet production targets

• Technical diploma or relevant experience in production
• Good communication skills, both written and verbal
• Problem-solving abilities and attention to detail
• Dexterity with tools and machines
• Flexibility to work in a 2-shift system
• Basic knowledge of technology and production processes
• Knowledge of Dutch is an advantage
