For a global leader in the non-woven industry, we are recruiting a production operator to manage and run a production line independently. The operator will be responsible for ensuring a smooth production flow, adjusting machine settings, and maintaining product quality and safety standards.

Functieverantwoordelijkheden:

Independently operate and manage a production line
Attach hygiene rolls using a manipulator, following setup specifications
Configure machine parameters for optimal production
Perform related administrative tasks using a computer
Package finished products with an automatic foil wrapper
Ensure a clean and safe working environment

Vereisten:

Strong numerical skills, logical reasoning, and technical understanding
Preferably previous experience as a machine operator
Good command of Dutch, both spoken and written
Basic computer skills
Flexibility to work in a two-shift system
Attention to safety, quality, and results
Effective communication and problem-solving abilities
Ability to perform under pressure
