Circle K seeks a Manager Tankstation to oversee daily operations at the Arnhem location. Responsibilities include managing safety and customer satisfaction, leading a team, conducting interviews, handling cash flow, and ensuring compliance with hygiene standards. Functieverantwoordelijkheden:

Ensure optimal guest experience at the service station
Conduct performance, exit, and absence interviews with employees
Guide and coach team to maintain a hospitable and successful service station
Efficient personnel planning and staffing
Conduct performance reviews
Manage orders
Oversee cash and goods flow
Ensure complete administration and optimal budget management
Guarantee a safe work environment and compliance with hygiene regulations.

Vereisten:

Experience in a managerial role
Available to work at our location De Leeren Doedel in Arnhem
Looking for a minimum 32 hours per week position
Service-oriented and enjoys communicating with people
Commercial insight with focus on improving customer service
Strong impact and persuasive abilities
Analytical and problem-solving skills
Organizational and planning capabilities
Flexible availability due to variable shifts (weekends/holidays)
Possession of a driver's license and own transport
Ability to provide a Certificate of Conduct (VOG)
Checked in the FAD register upon selection.
