As Manager Tankstation, you will be responsible for the daily operations of the gas station, ensuring safety and customer satisfaction. You will lead a motivated team, recognize their qualities, and work towards achieving collective goals. Your efforts will ensure customers receive the excellent service Circle K Netherlands is known for.

Daily operations management
Ensuring safety and customer satisfaction
Leading and coaching a team
Staff planning and scheduling
Conducting performance and exit interviews
Order placement
Managing cash and goods flow
Maintaining administration and budget management
Ensuring a safe and hygienic work environment
