As Manager Tankstation at Circle K, you are responsible for daily operations, ensuring safety, customer satisfaction, and leading a motivated team. Your role involves organizing staffing, placing orders, managing cash flow, and adhering to safety regulations while enhancing customer experience.

Functieverantwoordelijkheden:

Providing an optimal guest experience at the service station
Conducting performance, exit, and absenteeism interviews with employees
Guiding and coaching your team to create a hospitable and successful service station
Ensuring efficient and optimal personnel planning and staffing
Conducting performance reviews
Placing orders
Managing the cash and goods flow
Ensuring complete administration and optimal budget management
Safeguarding a safe working environment and compliance with hygiene regulations.

Vereisten:

You have experience in a leadership role
You are available to work at the TotalEnergies Vlugtlaan location in Amsterdam
You are looking for a position with a minimum of 32 hours per week
You are hospitable, service-oriented, and enjoy interacting with people
You have commercial insight with an eye for improving customer-focused service
You have impact and persuasive power
You have analytical and problem-solving skills
You have organizational and planning abilities
You are flexible due to varying shifts (weekends/holidays)
You possess a driver's license and your own transport
You may be asked to provide a Certificate of Good Conduct (VOG)
All candidates are checked in the FAD register.
