Randstad is looking for a motivated and responsible maintenance electromechanic to strengthen their team in Gent. The role involves detecting, analyzing, and definitively solving technical faults, both mechanical and electrical, and playing a key role in preventive maintenance to minimize downtime.

Functieverantwoordelijkheden:

Analyzing problems within the team
Implementing improvements to increase efficiency and effectiveness of the production process
Identifying and resolving technical issues
Conducting preventive maintenance to minimize downtime

Vereisten:

A2-diploma in elektromechanica, elektriciteit or relevant experience
Technical knowledge in mechanical aspects
Basic understanding of electricity
Ability to work in a team and independently
Adaptability and ability to handle pressure
Precision and carefulness in work
Integration of safety and quality guidelines
