As Maintenance Supervisor, you will leave your mark on our technical processes and make a difference. You will work in a 'technical amusement park' with a variety of techniques and installations in our ultramodern production environment.

Functieverantwoordelijkheden:

Team management: coaching, motivating, and guiding a team of operational technicians and production-related contractors
Planning & coordination: assessing work requests, setting priorities, and distributing work orders based on competencies and availability
Hands-on technical support: actively contributing to analyses, repairs, and maintenance work
Connection & communication: acting as a key link between Operations and the Technical Service Manager
Improving & innovating: identifying opportunities for optimization, proposing improvements, and initiating projects to elevate technical operations

Vereisten:

Bachelor's degree in a technical field such as electromechanics
Broad technical knowledge
Several years of experience in a leadership or coordinating role
Strong communication skills
Analytical and methodical
Proficient in MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
Experience with ApiPro is a plus
