Voor een bedrijf in Denderleeuw zijn wij momenteel opzoek naar een Logistiek planner. Ben jij een echte organisator met oog voor detail en een passie voor logistiek? Hou jij van uitdagingen en ben je in staat om een efficiënte planning te creëren voor een team chauffeurs? Dan is de functie van Logistiek Planner iets voor jou!

Functieverantwoordelijkheden:

Planning a pool of drivers across Belgium
Liaising between drivers and customers
Supporting and motivating drivers in their daily tasks
Listening to drivers' input and suggestions to find appropriate solutions
Checking and managing transport administration (leave requests, CMR, invoicing, etc.)
Creating efficient and realistic route schedules for drivers
Considering norms, legislation, volumes, and geographical location when planning routes
Analyzing customer needs and providing tailored solutions
Proactively communicating with all stakeholders
Focusing on synergies and internal collaboration
Acting as a backup for colleagues when needed
Working from Ghent with occasional travel to other locations
Reporting to the Logistics Manager

Vereisten:

Bachelor in a logistics-related field or equivalent experience
Experience in logistics and/or as a transport planner
People-oriented, strong communication skills, maturity, and enthusiasm
Stress-resistant, flexible working hours, strong problem-solving attitude
No-nonsense mentality, enjoys teamwork
Analytical skills, improvement-oriented mindset
Fluent in Dutch, good command of French and English
Willingness to work in a shift system (06:00-14:00 / 10:00-18:00)
