As a Logistics Meewerkend Voorman, you play a key role in the warehouse. You connect organizational and team goals, leading and motivating your team for efficient performance. You ensure a clean and safe work environment while supervising safety compliance. You address challenges with concrete actions and proactively improve work processes.

Functieverantwoordelijkheden:

Daily management of the warehouse team
ensuring correct product storage and distribution with efficiency and safety
monitoring activities and adjusting as needed
continuous process improvement
training new employees and implementing training plans

Vereisten:

Experience with warehouse duties and leadership
energetic, motivated, and proactive attitude
solution-oriented and decisive, able to quickly identify and address issues
strong communication and organizational skills
possession of valid BHV, reach truck, and high-access certificates or willingness to obtain them
