Functieomschrijving:

Part-time warehouse worker position at IKEA Barendrecht working 12-33 hours per week with flexible scheduling including weekends, mornings, afternoons, or evenings. The role involves various warehouse tasks in a team environment with opportunities for growth and development.

Functieverantwoordelijkheden:

Order picking
Shelf stocking
Warehouse organization and cleaning
Operating electric pallet trucks
Using scanners
Counting articles accurately
Taking responsibility for own department
Helping colleagues and customers
Going the extra mile when needed

Vereisten:

Flexible availability for weekend, morning, afternoon, or evening shifts
Physical ability to perform demanding work all day
Willingness to walk approximately 15,000 steps per day
Ability to take responsibility and work independently
Own transportation (public transport not feasible due to location and working hours)
Dutch or fluent English proficiency
Willingness to work with colleagues of different nationalities and cultures
MBO work and thinking level
Open to learning regardless of previous work experience
