Logistiek bediende (junior)

• Responsible for accurate input of customer orders and preparation of all essential documents, such as loading orders, CMRs and other transport documentation
• Maintain close contact with production planning and the warehouse regarding product availability, specific customer requirements and control of incoming flows
• Monitor the entire delivery process and act as a proactive point of contact for international customers for questions or changes
• Prepare the necessary documents to ensure smooth and correct cross-border shipment
• Handle the checking of transport invoices, manage stock documentation and process any administrative complaints in a structured manner

• Bachelor Logistiek Management or relevant administrative direction
• Fluent in Dutch
• Strong command of English and French
• Knowledge of German is a valuable extra asset
• Proficient user of MS Office
• Insight to quickly master new logistics software systems (ERP/WMS)
• Accurate team player with a 'hands-on' mentality who keeps a cool head in a stress-resistant, dynamic environment
