Logistiek bediende (junior)

• Process customer orders with utmost precision and prepare all necessary transport documentation (including loading orders and CMRs)
• Maintain close contact with production planning and the warehouse regarding product availability and specific customer requirements
• Monitor the entire delivery process and act as the central, international point of contact for customers for questions or changes
• Prepare all documents necessary for correct cross-border shipment
• Responsible for checking transport invoices, managing stock documentation and handling any administrative complaints in a structured manner.

• Bachelor Logistiek Management or a relevant administrative direction
• motivated school leavers are explicitly encouraged to apply
• Strong communication skills in Dutch, English and French
• basic knowledge of German is a valuable asset for the international market
• Proficient user of MS Office and the insight to quickly learn new logistics software systems (ERP/WMS)
• Accurate team player with a hands-on mentality who keeps a cool head in a hectic environment
• Works extremely accurately, as error-free documentation is crucial in food logistics.
